When Paul Eccher, Ph.D. with Dave Ross founded Corporate Insights in 1997, Paul had already studied the characteristics and behaviors of top-performing sales professionals, sales managers, and executives at well over 100 corporations, including Baxter, Forest Laboratories and McDonalds.

In his own career, Dave has studied the competencies of and developed assessment and feedback programs for more than 2,000 executives both while at Corporate Insights and as a consultant to high-technology companies including National Semiconductor, Fujitsu, and Amgen.

Together with Nino Lamberti, who has 15 years of experience in skills development and assessment, Corporate Insights' unique approach to organization development helps companies including General Electric Medical Systems, Northwestern Mutual, and Amgen sharpen their hiring practices, create more effective development programs, and improve their promotion decisions.
