Our size provides us with the band width to support large clients, such as, General Electric and Hewlett-Packard, while still giving our clients the kind of service and hands-on support they expect from a smaller, boutique firm.

Corporate Insights was founded in 1997 by Dr. Paul H. Eccher and Dave Ross. There passion for helping leaders and organizations to improve behaviors and capabilities has guided CI for over ten years. Together with Nino Lamberti, Linda Sharkey and our consulting team, we continue to thrive and bring value to our clients in the areas of Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Competency Modeling and Behavioral Assessment.
